Quimby has worked in the music industry since 1989. His talent as a musician and his love for music launched him on a trajectory that included work as a session musician, live performer and producer in Nashville with artists such as Lincoln Brewster, Big Daddy Weave, Plumb, Kari Jobe, Laura Story, Todd Agnew, Nicole Nordeman, Margaret Becker, Charlie Peacock, Susan Ashton, Out Of The Grey, Tony Vincent, and many more.
As Director of Artists Development for Integrity Music, Quimby helped to create music resources used by individuals and ministry leaders around the world. His efforts led to the creation of albums that garnered sales, critical acclaim, Dove Award nominations and Christian radio hits including the No. 1 single "Everlasting God" from Lincoln Brewster and CHR single "Ocean" by Ten Shekel Shirt.
